"We used Arrow to provide spray foam insulation to our loft and garage; also cavity wall insulation to the main structure of the house. The house was built in 1939 and had mostly cavity walls but the original ones were uninsulated. The loft had some fibreglass insulation which was not adequate. Arrow, in the shape of Andrew Woodruff, provided a clear and straightforward appraisal of our insulation needs. His report made sense, the proposed actions were proportionate and the price quoted was very reasonable. Certainly much more reasonable than the quote we'd had from another company who came on with the hard sell techniques! The insulation teams came on successive days in early January 2022. They were cheerful, polite and professional, listening carefully to our requirements and making sure we were happy with the job they had done.
