"I recently an Air conditioning unit fitted in our bedroom. We spoke to the Project manager Joe, who went through our options and invited us to the showroom the see the units in person. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi Electric Xen unit as it’s the Rolls Royce of the Air conditioning world apparently and it definitely lived up to its reputation. "A Fujitsu Airstage 3.5KW Domestic Air Conditioning unit. This was installed in May 2025. I thought I'd wait a little bit before I wrote a review (tbh a little bit later than I intended!). Options on units clearly explained beforehand. We visited their showroom at Wallisdown to view what units were available. A demonstration of the cooling capabilities. Staff very helpful. Very happy with the installation in a medium sized bedroom. A neat and tidy job. No problems whatsoever. Unit worked very well with the hot summer we had this year. Happy to recommend B&H Services, a well run family firm."

"I had two quotes for air conditioning and B&H won hands down due to their superior knowledge and explanation of products and differences between models. Having chosen the Mitsubishi air conditioning units, the installation was excellent. However, there were a couple of issues, BUT as I always say it is how a company deals with aftersales issues that really shows what they are like to deal with. B&H were excellent and not only resolved the issues promptly but insisted that I only transfer the balance due to them once I was 100% happy. The owner Rob and his wife (who is the finance director) are clearly really decent people and it has been a pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend B&H and lets face it summers are going to get hotter, so if like me you cannot tolerate heat and enjoy a good sleep in hot weather, they are the company to choose. Additionally the units can be used for heat in winter and the outside heat pump/ condenser is extremely quiet. Two photos attached to show unit with no trunking so expelled water is gravity fed to the outside and the other with trunking, so a pump expels the water to the outside."

"A 3rd floor bedroom in the eaves necessitated this installation. B&H are a highly professional and friendly company who completed an incredibly neat and efficient installation in our home. Thoroughly pleased with the outcome from quote to completion in under two weeks. Team on site were great and their attention to detail superb.
