"Acting very unprofessionally by accepting a commission which placed them in a direct conflict of interest as they have a financial interest which means the more costly the work they recommend the higher the fee they earn. Bennington Green were contracted by our block management company to carry out a survey to determine the extent of necessary external repairs but at the same time Bennington Green were appointed as Project Coordinators to oversee whatever works they deemed necessary, so £3000 for the survey and a further 9% of the cost of the works, unsurprisingly these works were estimated by Bennington Green to be around £70000. Then to cap it all the block management company {Glide] and Bennington Green have done it again, a survey to determine the cause of damp in a single storey bathroom extension and project managing the works that Bennington Green deem necessary, a total demolition of the bathroom and complete rebuild at a cost of approx £30000. No explanation of why a damp proofing company cant fix this without completely razing the building. Glide, the management company and Bennington Green both acting completely unprofessionally On this evidence do not trust them as the integrity of their surveys cannot be guaranteed when they have a financial interest in ensuring costly works are recommended. Disgusting"

"Our choice of Bennington Green to project manage Greenway, the building contractor, employed to carry out major renovation works on our mansion block, was definitely the right one! The Project Manager, Danielle Bish visited the site two or three times a week to monitor the quality of the work being undertaken and utilized her highly developed personal skills to build an excellent rapport with the builders. Cultivating a productive, ongoing dialogue, Danielle has been able to listen to Greenway employees and advise them accordingly in relation to the inevitable unknowns that arise with such a complex project, encompassing a myriad of issues, ranging from pointing, repair to masonry and timber, replacement of rusty gutters to painting and decorating. The Greenway team have worked conscientiously and with pride under Danielle’s watchful eye and testimony to their professionalism has been the thorough preparation of various surfaces, for example, rubbing down to the bare timber for priming; there has been no cutting of corners all too common with some less scrupulous ‘cowboy’ builders. In addition, Bennington Green have provided us with regular updates about the works being undertake. It cannot be emphasised enough how Danielle’s communication skills with us as Directors of the building has proved of immeasurable value. In summary Bennington Green have inspired our trust and confidence in their ability to execute this renovation project to a very high standard."
