"I initially spoke to Lucy who was very efficient and easy to speak to. She was able to book me in the next day and I received all the booking information and payment receipt within 5 minutes. Richard S was the assigned assessor and was very nicely spoken and considerate. He explained what he was doing, checked that it was ok to go into each room and also asked if it was ok to walk upstairs as I was WFH. He was very quiet whilst carrying out his work and was finished in under half an hour. I was told to expect the report to be ready within 24 hours, it was uploaded and ready within 15 minutes!! "The service started off great with speaking to Lucy on the phone and she booked me in super quick. Sadly I can’t say the same for the person who came out to do my EPC, I don’t even know his name as he didn’t introduce himself, he just cracked straight on after saying a quick hi and made me really really uncomfortable in my home. Literally walked in my front door taking photos and doing whatever he was doing on his tablet, didn’t say who he was, didn’t explain what he was going to do, nothing! I’m really surprised as the reviews all seem really good but sadly I didn’t have that experience."
