"Absolutely 1st class, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Dan was very patient from the start. I walked into the showroom totally overwhelmed, and not even sure of what I really wanted. Dan talked me through options - explained everything and made the whole process so much easier. He visited for site measurements- twice due to a rethink on my behalf and supplied revised plans. He also made a final measurement check before the units went into production. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were addressed with my fitter quickly.
