"Exceptional Renovation by CJ Projects CJ Projects have just completed an extensive renovation of my late father’s bungalow, and we are so thrilled with the results. The project involved demolishing a significant portion of the original 1950s structure and rebuilding it with a new roof and a large rear extension featuring a vaulted ceiling. From the outset, CJ Projects and their team — supported by a carefully selected group of subcontractors ,were professional, responsive, and highly engaged. Despite not being on-site during the renovation, we received very regular updates through calls, chats, and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. He kept everything running smoothly, maintained clear and open communication, and ensured we were always informed. "House remodel and renovation, new windows/doors, heating, electrics, kitchen, bathroom Connor has been incredible from start to finish and i’m so glad that I went through a tender stage with my architect to find a builder as it definitely paid off. I met 7 builders who quoted on the work and from the off had a great feeling about Connor who came across as very honest, knowledgable, personable and importantly trustworthy. Putting your home in the hands of someone you barely know is a big deal! I would 100% recommend his services so wanted to give a bit of feedback, as know others use reviews for piece of mind and to weed out “cowboys” as I did too. I had a constant dialogue with Connor and his team throughout the process and any questions or visits (some unplanned) were never an issue. Any hurdles overcome quickly and I wouldn’t even say there was ever any issue with anything that wasn’t resolved in quick and positive manner. Him and his team kept the place tidy throughout - despite us not living there - and it’s really quite unbelievable that we moved out and are back in already. 6 weeks start to finish is crazy fast. His wider team of trades were all great, friendly and excellent in their work. At times there would be up to 5 vans around but didn’t hear anything from our neighbours other than the house was coming on well. One of them even wants one of our design ideas in their own house and wants Connor to quote on it! Connors project management of the project enabled him to keep things moving at pace and the end result is a house that looks amazing with the finish around the place spot on perfection. As a family man himself was very easy to be “on a level” with Connor and we had a great rapport throughout, I’ll actually miss our catchups every day or two on the progress! Ric"
