"REPLACEMENT OF A MANHOLE I contacted CM Trade Solutions on Thursday 12th Feb and spoke to Ella. I was promptly given an estimate and a date for the job to be done - Monday 16th Feb. I was given an arrival time at my house between 8am and 9am. As promised Chloe, who did job, duly rang me at 8.45am to say that she would arrive within 20 minutes..... which indeed she did.
