Create and Draw

"We had a great experience with Nick at Create and Draw. He is really patient and considerate, taking the time to listen to all our requirements. Nick produced detailed drawings and we communicated regularly. I had a new idea halfway through and Nick made new drawings to suit. In the end we didn't go ahead as we found a bigger property to buy. I will be using Nick again to plan our loft conversion in the new house. I thoroughly recommend using his services!"

"Nick drew professional plans leading to a successful planning application for a small extension. He communicated directly with planning and their questions with a positive outcome."

From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, polite, and approachable. He listened carefully to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and was more than willing to make amendments and adjustments whenever needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his attention to detail was clear throughout the process. We felt completely at ease working with him and truly appreciated his collaborative approach. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, competent and reliable professional."

"Really glad we chose Nick to do our planning drawings. We contacted Nick before we purchased the property as we wanted to get the drawings underway as soon as practicable but did not have an agreed date for exchange. Nick was able to accommodate us and plan for any timing issues. He was very easy to work with, listened to everything we asked for and produced a great set of drawings which have been issued for Lawful Development Certificate. Finally the pricing of the works was very competitive, would highly recommend."
