"Had Kerim change 5 of my windows. Due to my ignorance I did not shop around and trusted Kerim with his workmanship and pricing. Too late into the process I found out he was £1300 more expensive than a local competitor but I was too late in the ordering process to cancel which was my fault. Coming in at £4000 for 5 windows I was expecting an exceptional job with all relevant paperwork including the most important FENSA certificate. I GOT NEITHER OF THESE! 4 months after getting these windows fitted I have still got no Fensa certificate as Kerim is supposedly not registered. He failed to mention this to me when going ahead with the works, he even promised I would get the certificate after full payment was received. I am now left with a damaged window, shoddy exterior workmanship, and no FENSA. Kerim is now not responding to my messages. Do not trust this business!"

"We are blown away with the job Diamond Builders have just carried out for us. We’d desperately needed a full bathroom overhaul but with times as tight as they are, we needed to find someone who would give us real value for money and we could not have asked for more. Karim and his colleague Mohammed were punctual, polite, and never once did we feel that anything was too much trouble for them. Their advice, workmanship and attention to detail were things we weren’t certain were possible on our budget but I am so pleased we chose them. Our bathroom looks incredible now. So good that we now need Karim to come back to decorate our hallway and landing!! Out of five stars, we’d have to give Karim a 10! Thank you so much!"
