Diamond Home Improvements

"Diamond Home Improvements did a great job on replacing a leaky old wooden conservatory. Mark and Steve, the fitters, were very professional, and worked hard on overcoming challenges encountered in the work. Supply chain issues, of a drainage part being delayed, meant that the work too longer than expected, but they came back and finished to a good standard. Very satisfied, and would recommend them as a good local company."

"We have used Diamond Home Improvement as a family for many years and cannot fault them. The customer service is always impeccable and a special thanks to Ruth and the team for always being forthcoming with any questions that I have had. I would recommend their products and services to anyone and have done so already to many friends."

"Recently had Diamond to fit our front and back doors after previously having Diamond to fit new windows. Ruth was very knowledgeable informative and friendly offering a good product which was well fitted by clean and tidy workmen. Would definitely recommend."

"I enquired about triple glazed windows and asked questions about U values which they didn't know, nor had a technical sheet they could refer to. They said they would find this out and let me know. I never heard from them again. Given their generally good reviews I was very surprised by their lack of knowledge and fact they didn't bother to get back to me. I can't have been the only customer to want or need this type important information."

"I recently had Diamond Home install new windows and a front door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Martin and Mark, the fitters, were an absolute pleasure to have around—they worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure every detail was perfect. Ruth was fantastic during the consultation phase, offering great advice on styles and materials without any pressure. The quality of the products and installation is outstanding, and the price was very competitive. My new windows and front door have completely transformed the look of my home, and I’ve already had several compliments from neighbours. I highly recommend Diamond Home to anyone looking for top-quality windows, doors, or conservatories. Their commitment to excellent service, craftsmanship, and customer care is truly second to none. Thank you, Diamond Home, for making the whole process so smooth and enjoyable!"
