Direct Alarms & Security Ltd

"I had a mini emergency today with our security alarm. It started going off for no reason and having only recently moved into the property, we had no information on the system. I called Direct alarms and security Ltd having been quickly recommended them and spoke to James, who I cannot thank enough. He was very patient with me and my lack of knowledge, talked me through a quick fix and thankfully resolved the issue. He did not ask for anything in return and he gave me some great advice. Not often you receive such help without payment or any commitment. He could tell the stress we were under and helped us immensely..thank you James! Ben"

"We have used Direct Alarms for security at our previous development (4 blocks of flats) and now at our new home, and have always been super-impressed. They are so helpful and great value for their services. Highly recommended"

"Very helpful and prompt service when expensive parcel went missing in our block of flats with cctv. I was assured someone would be out to look at footage and they did phoning first to confirm. Same day too. Helpful over the phone each time I called too. Very happy. Highly recommend Sylvie Pembroke place Alumchine Bournemouth"

"We recently had Direct Alarms & Security Ltd carry out work at our property, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Roger and Will were absolutely fantastic from start to finish – professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure everything was installed to a high standard, and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the setup. It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such a friendly, approachable attitude. Thank you, Roger and Will, for making the whole experience stress-free and delivering top-quality service. We would highly recommend Direct Alarms & Security Ltd to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy alarm and intercom solutions."

"Very impressed with this firm. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and decent prices. We inherited an alarm having moved house and I was almost giving up trying to get a firm to service it - others weren’t interested! Another firm quoted FIVE times what I paid these guys!! Overall, couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend."
