Eco Damp Solutions

"We use Eco Damp Solutions for some repairs to our roof gully's. During recent rain storms at the start of 2026 we had a serious leak appear at the top of one of the gully's above our bay window. After taking some advice from Simon and the team, we cleaned up and took some photos. They were able to quote from the photos and completed the work as per quote although it took a little longer than expected. The workers who turned up where polite friendly and knew their trade. Fixed to a high standard visually and we are very please, they pointed out other issues we had during the work and fix them too at no extra cost. Clear our roof had been leaking for some years but not enough to cause damage in the room below before. We can not start to redecorate the room which was damage with the leak with confidence. Thanks Eco Damp."

"We invested in damp extraction units on Eco Damp Solutions’ recommendation, and the experience has been awful. The units installed in the bedroom are extremely loud and totally unsuitable for a home. We were never told the decibel levels or offered quieter options until after we complained. They then admitted a quieter model exists but demanded another £2,000 to replace the ones they mis‑sold, with no refund. Communication has been terrible. After promising a visit to resolve the issue, they failed to visit and it’s been nearly a month since the last response stopped responding for nearly a month. Our tenant is left with an unusable system and no support. They have blamed the advice of their supplier and refuse to take responsibility. Avoid."

"The most appalling uncaring company we have ever dealt with. So much damage left to our roof after foam removal then reroof. Broken beams, unsealed led, hidden broken tiles and felt not attached properly. New insulation thrown down not laid properly. Removed foam etc taken through the house with no protection to our property. Promise of some refund but am I surprised it’s not forthcoming. Don’t touch this company as not worth the stress and more payment n no needed to have their incompetence put right"

"We have had a major problem with damp and plaster falling a way from these walls for a long time. Josh and his team come and treated these problems with ease. It has been very effective in controlling the moisture in the walls and hasn’t come back through as yet!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Eco Damp Solutions, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and results. They installed a coloured damp proof coating on the exterior of my new property, and it’s absolutely fantastic. Not only does it provide reliable protection from the elements, ensuring my home will stay dry and safe during the upcoming winter months, but it also looks amazing. The finish is sleek and visually striking, adding a modern touch to the property. The team at Eco Damp Solutions was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured the job was done to the highest standards. I highly recommend Eco Damp Solutions to anyone looking for effective and aesthetically pleasing damp protection for their property. It’s a great investment for both functionality and curb appeal!"
