Elcock Associates

"Fantastic service as a new buyer. They were extremely quick to get our survey done, their communication was excellent throughout and they were extremely reassuring when needing to discuss our survey and gave us great advice in regards to the points raised. I don’t have a lot of experience on getting many surveys done for properties but they made it a very easy and seamless process through a very busy house buying process. Thank you John!"

"We recently used Elcock Associates for a home survey and were extremely impressed with the service. The survey identified damp and pointing issues that we were able to use successfully in negotiations with the seller, ultimately helping us secure a better price on the property. The report was thorough and easy to understand, and it also provided valuable advice on further checks that should be carried out on the electrical and gas installations, giving us additional peace of mind before proceeding. Throughout the process, the team was polite, professional, efficient, and responsive. Their attention to detail and clear recommendations proved invaluable. We would highly recommend Elcock Associates to anyone looking for a comprehensive and reliable home survey."

"I had a survey completed on a property I was purchasing. The surveyor was John Hayes and he is a credit to his profession. Reliable, diligent, and quite easy on the eye if I may say so. The report was well written and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend their services for your needs."
