Had to wait for covid test in the car park. never a complaint. From Caroline on the phone to Ben in the office and johnathan all staff brilliant and do there best to help in any way they can can't recommend them enough"

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude received from someone whom calls themselves the boss. Clearly not as they have no understanding of how to talk to someone. The whole situation is at our fault we have sent funds to there account incorrectly which was meant to go to someone else's account. We called and asked what the procedure was to return them. They said they will email. Which my mum gave her email and received nothing. I further called and was passed over to a lady initials CN who answered the Phone with such attitude got my email and hanged the Phone up. I was in utter shock. So i called again today clearly frustrated i have not received an email yet she then decides to get louder and louder to avoid making me talk and calls me out to say i am talking with attitude. Disgusted, will let everyone know of how horrible they are."

"I'm a street food trader. My double door fridge wasn't holding temp. Called Monday afternoon, had an engineer round at 11am Tuesday and a happy fridge 40mins later. Well pleased 👍👍"

"Contacted this company to service three double motor extractors, didn't get back to me after them requesting I send them an email for conformation, called them again and said they would be in contact within a couple of days to arrange a site visit, They never bothered. In a way Im glad they didn't with this kind of attitude to new custom!!"
