Goldi-Locksmith Ltd

"Amazing service, prompt help and very open about the likely problems and how simple they were to fix, plus likely charges. Would 100% recommend. Same day service."

"I have an old uPVC door that was installed around the 90's with a no longer produced Yale multipoint lock. It would not open due to malfunction and would not fully latch when it was working due to rust. Phil not only fixed the lock and showed me how to get the euro-cylinder out of the door to replace it (Yale locks have an unusual recessed grub screw instead of your standard bolt), he also disassembled the entire lock mechanism to clear up the rust and re-grease. I now have a fully functional door again which saved me having to source an entire new multipoint lock. Highly recommended"

"Rang this morning, came this afternoon. Got my mums door working again, explained exactly what the problem was and rectified quickly. Would definitely use again and would recommend, keeping details handy in case we do. Thank you so much Philip, a pleasure. 😊"

"I honestly can’t thank Goldi Locksmith LTD, Bournemouth enough for the excellent service provided during a very difficult time for our family following a bereavement. From the very first phone call, he was compassionate, understanding, and professional. Communication was excellent throughout – clear, prompt, and reassuring – which made the whole process so much easier. He arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care and respect. The job was completed to a high standard, and the pricing was fair. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, skill, and genuine kindness so naturally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goldi Locksmith. Outstanding service when we needed it most."

"Phil is an absolute godsend! Three separate times, this lovely, very professional and efficient man has rescued me from very stressful situations — from changing locks, to adding extra security so I feel safe in my own home, and even helping me and my boys when we somehow managed to lock ourselves in (don’t ask how 😅). Phil has a massive heart and is always willing to help. He never overcharges, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his customers. This man truly has a golden heart. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Thank you so much Phil, I can’t forget your kindness. You’ve got a lifelong costumer here in Oakdale Poole!"
