"We originally purchased our bathroom from Island Bathrooms in 2019 about two weeks ago we noticed the bath tap was dripping. We called and spoke to Lorraine and explained we needed replacement cartridges for both of the taps as, due to the design, we didn’t know which one was dripping. She was FABULOUS, found our original order, contacted the manufacturer and they were delivered promptly direct to us. Cannot fault the aftercare service and a massive thank you to Lorraine"

"We bought a cabinet several years ago from Island Bathrooms which now needs a bulb replacement. The cabinet is discontinued so it was difficult to find the correct bulb however Matt Webb has gone over and above twice in the past week to offer us an alternative solution , which costs much less than having to purchase a new cabinet. Matt couldn’t do enough to help myself and my husband. He is what customer service should be! Thank you so much for your help - unfortunately, it’s very rare to find people as helpful as Matt. "Went to three different companies before deciding on Island Bathrooms. Preferred Island Bathrooms because they had more on display and I really need to look at things and be able to handle them. They even have two floors (Holdenhurst Road). People were friendly and not at all pushy. (we were completely ignored at a different company...weird). It was great fun to design and build our own bathrooms - we had an ensuite and a main bathroom and nothing was too much effort. I am quite picky so made a lot of changes and asked even more questions! It was really useful to understand the balance between price, quality and also colour (our ensuite was to be gunmetal grey and I wanted everything to match!). I felt I had choices about most things and where I didn't it was explained really clearly. Gosh, I changed my mind a lot! We had delivery choices also, and had the two different bathrooms delivered at completely different times, to allow our bathroom fitter to have the right stuff at the right time. During installation, I would spot something not quite right. I even changed my mind about a few things. Other things would need changing as it wasn't the right shade of colour etc. I found myself being helped by Matt Webb who wasn't even the person who I originally worked on the bathroom with, but he was super helpful and went out of his way to get the right information and keep me calm if I was worried. Apart from being really good at positively responding to me, he would ALWAYS reply and super quickly - this is so important when you have a bathroom fitter who you have stopped from installing something. I was so grateful to Matt and he had to deal with me for a good few weeks with ad hoc questions etc. He singlehandedly provided the best representation of Island Bathrooms and I would go back to them in the future on his service alone. Not the cheapest but that's because they have a wider choice (which helps my bathroom not just look like everyone else's). They also know their products and advised me against some design thinking I had (and they were right each time). They have a range of really affordable options and really high-end stuff and I could choose from, and even mix and match, which was great. For example, we went all out on our ensuite in gunmetal grey but the main bathroom we kept more classic (spending our money on the hardware like taps and showers where it matters most). We've just had the ensuite finished and I absolutely love it. I feel like I have the most beautiful ensuite in the world. It's like having a hotel bathroom and I got to choose every piece of it! It's so satisfying. Thank you Matt Webb for helping make it all worth it."
