"Contacted Justin regarding an issue with a slipped slate. After talking things over and considering options, I requested a quote to have the whole roof replaced due to it's age and condition and the likelihood of further weather damage with more frequent storms. Justin provided a reasonable quote which included batons, slates, fixings, membrane and additionally French Hooks (Tingles). The house is in a windy spot and with the increased occurrence of strong winds, this was a good idea. Justin and his team did an excellent and steady job, ensuring that there was no risk to weather damage as work progressed. I also asked Justin to look at one of the chimneys that had previously been lowered and not finished correctly. He included this in the cost of the work. Later discovered that both chimneys had not been finished properly by a different contractor, previously, and these were both rectified and finished nicely. I took another quote to have my guttering replaced while the scaffolding was up, after a terribly botched job some years previously. A good job was done and I now have properly fitted and flowing guttering again. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone considering roofing work. He was very happy to talk through everything and answer all concerns and questions and keep me informed along the way."
