"I recently attended the locksmith course with Tom at Keytek, and it was by far one of the most informative training courses I’ve been on. I’d completed a locksmith course several years ago, but Tom still managed to teach me a huge amount. He showed better methods than I’d previously learned, explained the reasoning behind them, and shared countless practical tips and tricks that you simply don’t get from a textbook. The course was very hands-on, which made a massive difference. There was enough theory to understand why things work, but it definitely wasn’t a boring “death by PowerPoint” day. The majority of the course was practical, giving everyone plenty of time to use the tools and techniques themselves. One thing I really appreciated was Tom’s honesty. He never tried to push a particular brand or tool as if he was sponsored. He simply spoke from experience about what he personally uses, what works well, and why. That made his recommendations feel genuine and trustworthy. Lunch was provided, the day was well organised, and even after the course Tom made it clear that support was available, providing contact details, technical help, and advice on tools whenever needed. Overall, it was a professionally run course with an outstanding instructor. I’ve already fed back to both management and senior management that I believe every responsive maintenance operative should attend this course. "I recently completed this locksmith course and couldn’t be happier. As a veteran, I found the course well suited to ex-military personnel looking to learn a new trade and build practical skills for civilian life. I learnt a huge amount of information throughout the course, both practical and theory, and I now feel confident in my knowledge and abilities to go out into the industry and start working. "This is one of very few courses where you learn a lot in such a short period, the amount of skills covered was impressive, especially when you consider it’s 8 days long, it is very much zero to hero. Everything we did and covered was brand new to me and everyone else on the course and your confidence is built up all the way to the end, the environment was relaxed for the most part, which made learning feel natural rather than forced.
