When I later received the quotation, I queried the price as I had clear proof of the discount. After speaking with two members of their team, it became abundantly clear they were unwilling to honour the very offer they had used to attract new customers. This experience felt disingenuous and unprofessional. It gives the impression that such “discounts” are merely a tactic to generate interest rather than a genuine offer.
