"Provided a gas saftey certificate, but 2 weeks later the boiler stopped working. Called out a British gas engineer who said the boiler wasn't safe and a certificate shouldn't have been issued. Also they charged extra for parking and having to go up and down stairs! But they did give the tenant a new shower head for no charge."
