"We recently bought our first home and completed a full bathroom renovation before moving in, which included a complete reconfiguration of the space. This involved knocking down a wall, changing the door, blocking up a window, relocating the boiler from upstairs to downstairs, installing a new soil pipe, and repositioning the toilet, sink, shower, and bath. Matt and his team were fantastic from start to finish. What really stood out to us was Matt’s attentiveness. As this was our first renovation, we had plenty of questions, and he was always responsive, patient, and helpful. Partway through the job, we decided to install a water softener, and Matt handled the change with no issues at all, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Any time we had concerns or wanted to make adjustments, Matt was approachable and genuinely focused on making sure we ended up with the bathroom we wanted.
