"I have a really old cabinet I couldn't find a single key on the internet for. I thankfully found one that looked like it here. When I got the blanks in the post... shock, they were completely different from the ones I had! I called customer service and explained my situation. Quickly I realised that in my lack of experience with keys, it didnt matter what the head of the key looked like, customer service was patient and explained to me that it's the grooves that matter. They even offered to cut the length of the key to match mine, and that all I needed to do was to send the blanks back for it. Very nice people and very helpful! Now I don't need to change the whole lock anymore"

"Not sure how to rate this business, I was looking for a ignition key for my vintage SAAB, and with communication with moorland, I was able to find them. I ordered 2, but with it being around Xmas time, they got lost in the post, not a problem, as moorland said they had another left, and could get some more. Great I thought, I'll have the 1 and moorland said that a refund for the other would be refunded through PayPal. Happily I did receive the single key, but sadly, no refund, and my emails were ignored. I assume this is a small business, and to me a very valuable one too, so I assume they were very busy. I would love a second key for my Saab...."

"My local locksmith was unable to fix a safe lock, but recommended Brian Morland. I called Brian, and he said send it in and he will have a look. I posted it with the key, the next day I received an email quote, very reasonable. I gave the go ahead, and today, just 4 days later I received the lock and key back. I re-installed into my safe and all perfect again. Brian is a good old fashioned expert and I cant recommend more highly. Thank you very much."

"I ordered a key from here as it was not found anywhere else so I assume it was a specialist key. The price was a little steeper than i was expecting but still reasonable. It did arrive quickly and the product is high quality so the price was justified. EDIT: After posting this review, to which i originally complained about a very high shipping cost (£8 for one key), i was contacted by the company to explain the why the price was high. I was told that due to the key i ordered being a security key they are obliged to send it by a certain courier service in order to produce the keys, which makes sense as the wrong key in the wrong hands can be deadly. They contacted me in less then a day after posting my review which is fantastic customer service and shows that their absolutely care about their customers and their reputation, so they do indeed deserve the full 5 stars I can give!"
