"Unfortunately we had been let down by a decorator that we had booked a few weeks ago. I searched on Google for another one who could do the work at very short notice. Fortunately Natasha came up at the top. I contacted her and she said she had had a job cancelled until after Christmas. The plan was for her to start on the following Tuesday however she contacted me on the weekend to say that she could start on the Monday, which was good for us! She started on the Monday and Natasha worked extremely hard over the next four days! On the Tuesday she arrived in a taxi. Her van had broken down but she didn't want to let us down. A lot of people probably would not have done that? Her work and advice is spot on as is her attention to detail. Given that she now had the problem of sorting her van out she still got on with the work in hand to get it finished in the time scale that she had set out.
