"From the start Newglaze was fantastic, they managed to arrange a visit for a quote very quickly as I was in a bit of a rush due to having previous quotes done already from other companies. During the quote Tim was very helpful and very knowledgeable, able to answer any questions we had. Tim gave us the best price out of all the quotes we had from other companies and did not waste our time with a lesson on the history of the company or by using terrible sale tactics of making multiple phone calls back to the office to get the price down like another company did (First home improvements). We told Tim what we wanted, he planned it all on his laptop to exactly what we wanted and gave us a great price we could not of asked for an easier quote, no pushy sales tactics and no messing about with prices, this was another big reason we chose Newglaze, we felt valued from the beginning. "Really pleased with the replacement windows installed by the Newglaze team. Everything went like clockwork from original estimate to installation measure to completion. We were a little apprehensive before the job started as it involved replacing all of our windows in our house but it could not have gone better. The installation team (John and Brooke) were very polite, tidy and conscientious about undertaking the job and we could not fault their workmanship. We are also amazed they completed the work so efficiently and left us with minimal 'making good' of internal decoration when they had finished."
