When we had a new combination boiler fitted by them almost 3 years ago we chose to keep the lounge radiator as a single flat one being a favourite round top one. This year in a short cold snap towards the end of 2025 we knew it would be beneficial to update it for a modern double. We had a young man Mason as the engineer to do the changeover and we are very happy with his work and his very neat connections. He was polite efficient and good in every way leaving the area clean and clear and removing the old radiator as well. "Really good experience with Normans Heating Ltd. All the guys who attended site, from Dave, Dan and the others were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to discuss anything you wanted more information about. One thing is for sure they would not let a job be classed as completed until you were completely happy that everything was working well and how it should be. We had a few issues with our job, not of their making, but they kept going until everything was as they hoped it would be in the beginning. You might find it cheaper elsewhere but I do not think you would get the level of service, commitment or determination to get the job just perfect, as you would with these guys. Definitely recommend."
