"Requested a regular cleaning service from this company. Replied very promptly,agreed the terms and said I was available for5 days that week at any time. So an appointment arrived for one of the days I couldn't do. No problem they said I will look at schedule. I sent 3 email reminders and as of yet still not heard anything back at all. Luckily I have now found a super Lady,really pleased. Obviously I cannot comment on their cleaning abilities."

"I was extremely disappointed with this end-of-tenancy clean. The appointment had been booked for over a month, but on the day the original cleaner arrived around two hours late, said he felt unwell and wanted to cancel. He also smelled strongly of alcohol, which did not inspire confidence. I was left waiting for hours trying to work out whether I would have to find another company at the last minute. To the company’s credit, they arranged for two replacement cleaners to attend. However, the standard of the clean was not what I expected from a professional end-of-tenancy service. My landlord later had additional cleaning carried out and I was charged a further £50 as part of my deposit dispute. An end-of-tenancy clean is something people rely on to help protect their deposit, so reliability and attention to detail are essential. Unfortunately, this experience caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and ultimately didn’t achieve the standard I had paid for. I wouldn’t use this company again."
