PFM Inspections

"Keith was great, we would definitely recommend. The survey was booked and completed quickly and we received the detailed report within 24 hours. Our debrief was great and he was happy to answer any questions, which gave us confidence as first-time buyers."

"From start to finish, Keith has been great at supporting with our survey on the property we are purchasing. The survey was incredibly helpful and we appreciated the debrief following this to discuss the report and ask any queries we had. Thank you, Keith, much appreciated."

"Overall, I was pleased with the service provided. Keith was easy to talk to and happy to explain everything and answer questions. A couple of things, the property was described as a semi detached, whereas it is detached, a non working toilet was noted but which toilet not clarified ( and easily could have been), irritating points but not critical. It was disappointing that his digital diary did not offer a follow up talk until 2 weeks after the survey, he did however write and offer a window sooner when I wrote to explain I had a second viewing organised and needed to talk beforehand, the talk unfortunately still took place after the viewing."

"Keith was friendly and professional. After initially enquiring about a residential survey he got back to me very quickly and talked me through the whole process. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you Keith and team for your help."

"Really pleased with my experience with PFM Inspections. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates so I always knew what was happening. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, and completed everything quickly. What really stood out was the initial phone call. Before I’d even decided to go ahead, Keith took the time to explain the whole process, answer my questions, and offer helpful advice. That personal touch gave me real confidence that he was trustworthy and knew his field well. I’d been searching on RICS for a reliable local surveyor, and his approach made the decision easy. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend PFM Inspections."
