"Very friendly and professional. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and why. She did a thorough assessment of our property for evidence of the rats movement and entry to our loft. The loft was baited. She placed a camera trap to record movement in the loft. Elizabeth also inspected the neighbouring property and located the entry point and problem issues. Now we have no more movement in our loft. Excellent advice and feedback throughout. Kept in regular contact to monitor the situation. I couldn't recommend highly enough."
