Proofterior - Damp Proofing & EPC Specialists

"Excellent service from start to finish. The survey was thorough, professional, and carried out with great attention to detail. I was worried there might be a serious damp issue, but the surveyor took the time to explain everything clearly, reassure me, and provide honest, evidence-based advice rather than trying to sell unnecessary work. It was refreshing to deal with a company that values integrity and expertise. I came away with complete peace of mind and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a damp survey."

"Very happy with the work carried out by Dan and his team. A damp course was needed in a number of areas, the work was carried out at short notice and to a high standard. Many thanks to Dan and team for a first class job."

"Dylan and the Proofterior team were amazing. They booked in with us quickly and efficiently and spent a great deal of time on the property. The report that came after it was incredibly comprehensive and will help us massively with damp proofing our new home. Cant recommend them enough."

"We contacted Proofterior at the beginning of January about some work we wanted doing. The workmen were clean, pleasant and efficient they came on the 25th of January and carried out the work. It took one day to complete the work and was left in a lovely clean condition and the very next day we noticed a big difference with the damp issue. Many thanks."
