"We are delighted with our Ultraroof conservatory/extension. The new room is light, airy and gives a feeling of cleanness and freshness. In contrast to the conservatory that it replaced, it feels like an integral part of the main house. It is a perfect environment for reading by natural light or talking when others are watching TV next door. The installation was a well managed project. It was planned carefully and potential problems mitigated quickly. The installers were professional, hard working and respectful. In particular, they were careful to be neat and tidy. The sub-contractors were well briefed and attentive to our comments. Time keeping throughout was good. When a few (minor) issues arose they were dealt with promptly and with no fuss. "We had a conservatory built, the works started just as lockdown was lifted, the builders (Dave, Steve and Harry) were clean, tidy and very friendly and everything measured mm perfect. When the installers (Dan and Harry) arrived the the frames and roof flew up. I could not believe how quickly and efficiently they worked. They were super friendly and were great with telling the kids what they were doing and why. They were very interested how it would work. The electricians (Clint and Tyler) did a great job and were really flexible to our upgrade of USB sockets and actually adding another socket. The plasterers (Andre, Ben and Aaron) and plumber (Rob) came and did a wonderful job and kept everything very tidy. We finally had the screeder (Callum) who was done within a few hours and again the level was absolutely perfect. Project Manager (Kevin) kept us informed and even hoovered our grass once all work was completed. Ben was fantastic from start to finish and no request was to great (and there were alot) he was reassuring and put things into female terms when talking about technical details, which was great. Not one of the workmen got away without me chatting endlessly about how, what, why and who and they entertained a mum of 4 who had been at home during lockdown. I could talk for hours about how amazing they were, we will 100% be back for more work!!!!!!!! Thank you Richard Thomas."
