"So refreshing to find someone so reliable. What a nice guy! Russell was very professional, turned up when he said, explained everything, gave me multiple choices on how things could be done and made sure that I understood. Checked positioning of things and products with me so he made sure that things were done how I wanted. He did multiple things from fitting sockets, lights and extractors as well as all my new kitchen appliances - testing them all and the hole house thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble. Russell gave advice on up to date Building Regs and what would be required, so I felt very confident in his knowledge. He cleaned up after his work and happy to move furniture for me, when he needed to access blocked areas. He didn't go home until he had finished a job and made sure that I was happy.
