"Do Not Trust this company.. I had my solar and batteries supplied and installed two years back, GivEnergy. First time, sent official GiveEnergy engineer to install and was an incomplete installation. Second time sent non GivEnergy technician who wasn't able to do anything except fix a cable. Third time sent the original engineer who completed the work using his Admin credentials. Now had the two year service done, £240/-. Wasn't aware I was sent unauthorized GivEnergy Engineer, he spent 20mins said all ok. Now how is it possible to check the system without an Engineer credentials? I presumed he was a Givenergy authorised, and if wasn't ask me for my credentials. I can not read mind!!! I asked for a technical report with readings showing technical instead they sent a handwritten saying all okay etc.. tell me how were you able to check the technical Givenergy inverter without any form of credentials???! So I paid £20 per minute for visual check.. Very disappointed. Do.Not Trust them!?"
