"Dealt with this company over the last few months on a renovation project in Bournemouth. Really great team inparticular Jon and Tahlia. Both of them always at the end of the phone and Jon is super passionate about making sure your bathroom looks perfect. Had a couple of changes on some items and they sorted these out with minimal fuss which made my life easy. Would be impossible not to go back to these guys in the future. Thank you!! Jonathon"

"Scam company, do not waste your money Please read before you waste your money with them. I have ordered items worth £700. One of it, a shower rail kit was not what I ordered. I called and explained they have the wrong item in the box, they labelled the box with 2 different labels.I ordered the rectangular type, they sent the round one. I contacted them, they sent a replacement , the same wrong items. For more than a week I am waisting my time with emails and phone calls, and they replied that what they sent is a correct labelled box. They replied “Please be advised we have replaced the correct items that you initially required from your order – I can see this from the product code you have supplied on the image attached. We do apologise for any inconveniences caused, but if you believe this to still be wrong then please send us an image of the items in question.” If you email them pictures, you’re only allowed one 5 mb size, I sent 5 email so far and it is still unclear to them. I cannot believe the impertinence, the appalling customer service. Do not waste your money on them, it can happen to you as well."
