Toughmuck cleaning

"Great team! Booked a deep clean on my house and these girls delivered! Communication was superb and almost too easy. I filled in the online form and got a call within a few hours for more detail....great customer service. As for the clean, it was exactly what I wanted and needed. They attacked the house in a manner that was needed. Highly recommended for SFA, March out standard cleaning on military housing. Thank you Marie and Co!"

"I can’t recommend this deep cleaning company highly enough. They recently helped my elderly neighbour who was struggling to keep up with decluttering and cleaning, and the difference they made was incredible. From the moment they arrived, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly respectful. They treated my neighbour with such kindness and patience, taking the time to listen and understand what was needed. It was clear they genuinely cared, not just about doing a job, but about making a real difference. They were extremely thorough in their work. Every room was carefully decluttered, cleaned, and organised with great attention to detail. They didn’t rush anything, and no corner was overlooked. By the time they finished, the house was absolutely spotless — fresh, clean, and beautifully tidy. It honestly felt like a completely new space. Most importantly, my neighbour felt comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. Seeing the relief and happiness on their face afterwards said it all. If you’re looking for a professional, compassionate, and hardworking deep cleaning team, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. They truly went above and beyond."

"I cannot recommend ToughMuck highly enough. We booked them for an end-of-tenancy deep clean (including a professional oven clean), and they did an absolutely incredible job. Moving home is stressful enough, but Marie and her team made this part of the process completely seamless and worry-free. They were professional, deeply thorough, and paid attention to every single detail the bathrooms, kitchen, and oven look absolutely brand new. They completely understand what letting agencies look for during checkout inspections. If you want a hassle-free move and your security deposit back, do yourself a favor and book ToughMuck. Truly a 5-star local business!"

"This company is best in class, absolutely top tier! Melissa & Armani are the most professional & productive experts that I could have ever hoped for. Their speed, level of clinical detail, & organisation skills are unmatched. 100% recommend! You will not be disappointed! They are also lovely people & make you feel so relaxed & safe in their hands. This company also accommodated me last minute to meet an important deadline to host a social event, I could not have done it without them. Sincere gratitude & respect to Toughmuck. ❤️"

"Marie and her team were excellent from the start of the booking process to finishing the job. Very flexible in moving dates and times around last minute to accommodate our schedule, very responsive on the phone, and the clean itself was extremely high quality and efficiently done in just 2 hours, given the flat was originally in a very bad state. Would DEFINITELY recommend"
